
Ryham Ragab
Ryham Ragab is an Egyptian attorney-at-law. She is the Founder and Principal of RAGAB Law
Firm in Cairo, where she provides both operational and strategic legal advice and assistance to
her clients. With over eighteen years of experience gained from legal positions in law firms, legal
executive directorship in-house positions as Group General Counsel of two conglomerates in
Egypt, and the founding of RAGAB Law Firm, Ryham has legal expertise in a wide range of
industries and fields of law including, amongst others, international arbitration, corporate law,
international transactions, complex contracts and commercial negotiations in the areas of
construction, infrastructure, real estate (industrial, residential, commercial, office and retail),
automotive, banking & finance, M&A’s, hospitality, telecommunication and commercial agency.
She sits as an arbitrator and has sat as presiding arbitrator on an international commercial
arbitration case before CRCICA. Through her CEDR mediator training and accreditation, she sits
as a mediator. Ryham is well versed in corporate governance as she is a certified Director by
both the EIOD-IFC and the Corporate Governance Institute. She is an Arbitration Lunch Match
ambassador for Cairo. Ryham is bilingual in Arabic and English.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Cairo University and her legal qualifications include a
Master in Law (LL.M.) in Banking and Finance Law from SOAS (University of London) and an
LL.M. from Duke Law in the USA.
Ryham is one of ArabArb’s hub leaders in Cairo, Egypt.
