Fadi Hajjar

Fadi Hajjar is an international disputes lawyer and senior associate in White & Case’s international arbitration group, based in Paris.  He represents corporations, public entities and States in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations across a range of industries (including telecoms, infrastructure, and oil and gas) and under all major arbitration rules.  Fadi’s practice focuses on disputes connected to the Middle East and North Africa, encompassing a broad range of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, licensing, and other complex transactions.  In addition to contentious work, he advises clients on pre-dispute risk assessment, foreign investment structuring, and regularly counsels States on the negotiation and drafting of bilateral investment treaties and foreign investment legislation. 

Fadi is trilingual in English, French, and Arabic and has experience in proceedings in all three languages.
