ArabArb and White & Case Host Panel on “Enforcement of Awards in the Arab World” at Paris Arbitration Week

On March 21, 2024 ArabArb organized a panel with White & Case during Paris Arbitration Week titled “Enforcement of Awards in the Arab World: Procedure and Challenges.” ArabArb Board members Cherine Foty and Nour Nicolas moderated the panel, and ArabArb Advisory Board member Amal Bouchenaki spoke alongside Laurie Achtouk-Spivak, Noor Davies, and Roland Ziadé. The panel was followed by a lunch reception at White & Case’s Paris offices.
